Still here, and I will write at some point. :)

An update

I haven't really been posting. Partially because I'm busy, but also just because nothing really stands out to me. But an update: why the heck not.

My summer classes are a lot of work. I honestly have nothing to say that makes it any better. I guess that it will be over June 30th and then I can move on to the next chapter of my life which will be even more work. but...eh...it will be a change of scenery at least.

I also got a parking ticket at school yesterday. One last hurrah CCFU?

But in other news. Started picking up the pencil to work on Venerate A.K.A part three of the trilogy. And I went to Barnes and Noble to do homework today...and I may go back there again and see if I can get anywhere. As for the other two...Jon still has part One and part two needs A LOT OF work. but it's done at least.

In the Jon world, things are really going good for for him. For one: he's been looking at full time jobs. He actually had an interview today, so we shall see how that goes. Also, he's moving out! I KNOW RIGHT? Long story short his brother is moving to New Jersey and He (eventually WE) will be renting the house. Without a job (my internship pays for tuition only) I can't pay the bills. So until the internship is over or my parents don't mind that I stay with Jon and not pay I will only be a visitor. but either way...pretty exciting.

I move home in a little over a month and although it has good points (cheaper, less crappy food etc) it will be interesting (dad anyone?) but trying to collect all my stuff in this apartment is an overwhelming and scary thought.

I started my summer classes yesterday. And If King Arthur actually looked like this...well I suppose it would have been nice to be Guinivere!

Don't mind me...just knitting baby sweaters...

...because Jon's sister is having a GIRL! WOOOOOOT!

I started making it before I knew anyway, just because I like the pattern...but had I discovered Heather was having another boy...I would have kept making it. My cousin Sarah had a baby girl last night...or you know...when I have kids...

Here's the countdown:

5 days till I'm 22.
6 days till commencement.
15 days till summer classes begin
46 days till I'm officialy done with being an undergrad
77 days until my lease is up/ my last day at Big Y (for now at least)
93(?) days until Grad School starts
-Internship begins
-Heather's baby is born

Big things are a comin. :)

I always seem to meet people and make great friends just before a chapter of my life is about to close... :(

But I'm glad I tagged along tonight, it was the most fun I've had in a long time. :)

And sometimes it's fun to know that Jon is not the only boy that finds me attractive. Sometimes I forget. But don't tell him that. He will probably want to kill someone. :P

Here's that Long one

Since I don't have to work till four tomorrow and I'm not really tired, I guess I will give an update.

I think the thing that is most exciting and new is that Jon's older sister announced today that she is pregnant with her second baby! I'm really happy for her because Tyler is 3 and change now. This is Grand kid number three for Jon's parents (Jon's brother has a little 8 month old boy) and everyone (myself included) is hoping it's a girl. Not that I don't love Tyler and Fintan, but I want to make girl things! I know it probably seems strange but in September I will have been with Jon for two years and I feel like I've known these kids their almost their whole lives (With Fintan it has been his whole entire life.) Anyway, I already feel very connected to them. Tyler already has called me Auntie Kelly. Now I know, I know this is not the first time I've had this title with a boyfriend's nephew. However, the difference is that in past the parents were pushing it and it made me uncomfortable. This time it happened on it's own through his mouth. He ran over to me on Christmas and thanked me and called me that. That means more to me than if Heather and BJ told him to say that. I've been in his life since he was just shy of two years old. He might not know any better, but in any case... I am constantly proven that I belong in this family. It's only a matter of time...

Okay enough sappiness.

In other Jon's family related news, he may be buying his brother's house! WOOOOT! Now if a job would just open up...oh wait...it's Connecticut and America and the economy sucks! God? Could you grant Jon TWO miracle opportunities?

My hand really effing hurts but that could be because I write everyday of my life for hours...My rough draft of Manumit is pretty close to done. Two months? Have I turned into Bach, or Mozart or James Paterson...hahaah. Busting out these drafts like I'm a machine? Guess I should enjoy it now...because in September...life beyond Elementary Education is OVER.

Also, I've lost 8 pounds! WHAT? Finally! I've only been dieting and working out since January! To be honest I've stepped it up a shit ton. I work out 3-4 times a week and I've pretty much stopped eating out (Like once every other week if that). Also on a New BC pill so that might be helping too, but whatever it is. THANK YOU GOD it's making me feel great. Oh yah and my clothes fit better too. :)

I graduate in 31(?) days which is getting intense. My last Acabella concert is Thursday and I have one big paper before my finals week work begins. It's certainly been a long and crazy road, but I suppose that I wouldn't have it any other way.
